My Artistic Journey
Traditional Chinese Drawing
My passion for art stemmed from a young age, where I was introduced to this medium. Mainly capturing life forms such as landscapes, flowers, and animals, I was proud to be recognised in a range of competitions and exhibitions.
3D Sculptures
After being introduced to Papier-mâché by my art teacher, I began to experiment with this form, creating various made-up forms.
Acrylic Paint
Even though I really enjoy the creative process of crafting 3D sculptures, I still enjoyed painting the most. My acrylic works were successful in a range of exhibitions.
Hyperrealism (Graphite)
Currently, I have been working on a range of hyperrealistic pencil drawing pieces. I really enjoy the level of control I have when working with pencils, and the satisfaction accrued when the layers begin to come together.

How old are you and where are you based in?
I am currently 17 years old and I am studying in UK.
How long do you usually spend on your pieces?
It really depends on the size and complexity of the piece. My most recent pieces – the “Wisdom in Wrinkles” (Old Man) and “Liquid Gold” (Asahi Can) – took 32 and 17 hours respectively.
